1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or booking a limousine transfer with AK Toronto Limo Services, you agree to be bound by these terms, Canadian commercial transport regulations, and applicable Ontario municipal livery bylaws.
2. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any intentional vehicle damage or sanitation fees resulting from misconduct ($250 CAD detailing fee for bio-hazard or sanitization).
3. Liability Limits
While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival and monitor route traffic conditions, AK Toronto Limo Services shall not be liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather storms, highway closures, unforeseen road accidents, or airline flight re-routes beyond our reasonable control.
